Exterior

An Extension in Castleknock which was renovated and reskimmed over stipple ceilings in the old section, The new section was done in Insulated board plugged to the exterior walls before been skimmed The exterior was finisher in a Sponge finish to match the existing Building.

This is a renovation/re-skim of a house in Lemibrien Co. Waterford. The ceilings were re-slabbed and skimmed as well as some walls been bonded and reskimed. Two walls were knocked and a set in fireplace swapped for the existing open fire. Some dry-dashing was done outside to compensate for a window which was removed.

This Extension in Enfield included plasterer boarding and Skimming on interior using 55 mm insulated board on the inside of the exterior walls. The outside is finished in a sand and cement nap finish.

This 20 meter square extension was to be boarded, rendered and skimmed on the inside with some patchwork to be completed on other parts of the house, The outside was scudded, scratched, dry dashed finished with bands with a sponge finish.
